Group and regional views

One group view. The right detail for each team.

Tailored construction dashboards for owners, branches and regional partners. Compare consistent figures and keep each person within their approved access.

Move from the group into the work underneath.

An owner sees the group position and opens a region. Local managers see the records and actions appropriate to their role.

Start with the tools you already use.

Job, accounting, sales and workforce systems. We map each source to the correct entity or branch before combining reports.

What we check before building

Confirmed company structure, roles, record ownership, metric definitions and cross-company accounting rules.

These are illustrative workflows, not a ready-made platform or live client results. We agree the supported connections, approval points and acceptance tests before implementation.

Questions about delivery

Do we need six companies to use this?

No. The structure can suit one business, several branches or multiple companies. The entity and permission model is agreed during review.

Can regional partners be restricted to their own information?

Yes. The design applies access rules to data, exports and assistant actions, with tests for both authorised and denied access.

Can the owner compare all regions?

Yes, after agreeing comparable metrics and source mappings. A group management view is not automatically a statutory consolidated account.

Can users filter by job, customer and period?

Filters can be provided where those identifiers exist and are mapped reliably. The available dimensions are confirmed against your records.

What if regions use different systems?

We assess each connection and normalise agreed fields. Different processes or unavailable data may need an exception or a phased rollout.

How do we know a report is up to date?

The view shows refresh timestamps and connection failures. A stale region is identified rather than silently included as current.
