Start with the tools you already use.

Your accounting system, job software and supported reporting connections. Xero access and reporting scopes are verified for each organisation.

What we check before building

Authorised accounting organisations, consistent account mapping, periods, tax basis and reconciliation rules.

These are illustrative workflows, not a ready-made platform or live client results. We agree the supported connections, approval points and acceptance tests before implementation.

Questions about delivery

Can you show cash balances from Xero?

We verify the available bank or reporting endpoints and permissions for each organisation. Any balance is labelled with its source and timestamp, not presented as a guaranteed live bank balance.

Can you combine several accounting organisations?

Yes where access and comparable account mappings can be established. Intercompany activity and consolidation rules require explicit treatment.

Will this replace our accountant or accounting software?

No. It brings management information together and helps identify items to review. Accounting decisions and records remain under your approved controls.

How fresh will the figures be?

Refresh depends on the vendor API, supported events, rate limits and source processing. The view shows the latest successful refresh and any failed sync.

Can overdue invoices trigger reminders?

They can create tasks or prepared reminders under agreed rules. Disputes, credits and approvals must be checked before sending.

How do you avoid misleading comparisons?

We align periods, tax basis and categories, reconcile sample records and label incomplete data or estimates.
